Crystal Detail specializes in professional car wash and valeting services. Detailed information about our services, pricing, and packages can be found on our Site or at our physical locations.

3. Appointments and Bookings

Vehicle Types: Online bookings are primarily for saloon cars. Additional fees apply for 7-seaters, 4×4 vehicles, vans, and people carriers, which must be paid on-site.

  • Extra Charges: Vehicles deemed excessively dirty (e.g., covered in sand or pet hair) may incur additional cleaning fees.

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time slot.

  • Cancellations: Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate you, but rescheduling or service adjustments may be necessary to avoid disrupting other appointments.


4. Payment Terms

Pricing: Service prices are displayed on our Site and at our locations. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged. Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours for resolution.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure your vehicle is safe and operable. We reserve the right to decline service if a vehicle poses a safety risk. We are not liable for any mechanical or electrical issues that arise during the valeting process.

  • The owner or driver is responsible for ensuring baby or booster seats are properly secured. If you prefer these seats not to be removed, inform our staff before the service begins, and ensure this is noted on your receipt. Please inspect all seats before leaving our premises. Crystal Detail is not responsible for improperly secured seats.

  • Remove all personal belongings, valuables, and hazardous materials from your vehicle before service. We are not liable for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.

  • Parking fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the vehicle owner and are not included in our service charges.

  • By using our services, you grant Crystal Detail permission to operate your vehicle as needed for valeting purposes.

  • For drying purposes, your vehicle may be left running during the cleaning process.


6. Liability

  • Service Quality: We aim to deliver exceptional service but cannot guarantee that the results will meet every expectation.

  • Damage: We take utmost care with your vehicle. In the rare event of damage, notify us immediately. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

  • Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for any services or products provided by third parties, even if recommended by us.

  • We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to your vehicle or its contents while parked on our premises.

  • Any pre-existing damage not reported to our staff and documented on the service receipt is not our responsibility.
